Hi, I’m Arpy.
I’m an LA based UX Researcher who explores the gap between what teams expect users to do and what people actually do.
My name means sunshine in Armenian, a fitting reminder to bring curiosity, warmth, and a little light to the way I work with people.

MY APPROACH
Humans are curious and notoriously unpredictable.
I approach research by questioning assumptions, looking for the unexpected, and understanding the context behind what people do, not just what they say. My background in Human Factors in Information Design helps me look beyond individual interactions to uncover the broader patterns shaping an experience.
I use those insights to help teams make practical decisions that account for both the users and the organization.
